The FAA confirms that an Asiana Boeing 777 traveling from Seoul, South Korea to San Francisco made a crash landing. Weather conditions at the time of the crash, 12 p.m. PST, were mostly sunny with light southwest winds around 8 mph with a temperature of 65 degrees, according to AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Brian Edwards. There were 290 passengers reported to be on board of the aircraft and one infant. Following the crash the airport closed indefinitely, according to the FAA.
