Strong thunderstorms moving across Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee Friday are capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and a risk of a few tornadoes.
The same storm system that caused the devastating tornadoes in Texas on Wednesday is making its way to the east. Heavy rain, hail and damaging winds are possible and a isolated tornadoes can not be ruled out.

2:50 p.m. CDT Friday: The Ardmore, Ala., tornado was last spotted near Boyds Chapel Rd. near I-65 by law enforcement.
2:45 p.m. CDT Friday: A possible tornado damaged structures and downed trees on Hardiman Road near Ardmore, Ala.
2:46 p.m. CDT Friday: A possible tornado has been reported 4 miles southwest of Ardmore, Ala. It was last spotted at Ft. Hampton and Clem Roads.
