Severe Storm Hits Southern Connecticut; Multiple Injuries Reported

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A severe storm has caused widespread damage in Connecticut's largest city and Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch has declared a state of emergency.

Finch says there are multiple injuries, but no reports of fatalities. He says there are blown out windows, uprooted trees, and facades ripped off buildings. He says there are reports of partial collapses of buildings.
