Most recently, Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias surrendered to authorities in El Salvador in March 2013 and Nicaraguan police reportedly detained child-porn suspect Eric Justin Toth the following month. Since its creation in 1950, the Top Ten list has helped the FBI capture some of the nation's most dangerous criminals. Of the 498 fugitives named to the list, 467 have been apprehended or located. The two fugitives captured in the last year were Usama Bin Laden, who was killed during capture, and James J. Bulger, who surrendered before being caught. A third Top Tenner, Christopher Adam Mayes, killed himself during the capture.
