Police say a Baltimore public works employee accused of fatally shooting a co-worker at a city maintenance depot is in custody.
The Baltimore Police Department said Saturday that 47-year-old Cipisirono Cole has turned himself in. The department said no additional details are available at this time.
Police say Cole shot and killed 34-year-old Darrin Ulysses Johnson Jr. at a Department of Public Works facility on Thursday after an argument turned physical.
Police said officers who responded to a report of a shooting at the facility Johnson in a locker room area, shot several times.
Cole has been on the loose since Thursday's shooting. Authorities have said he faces several charges, including first- and second-degree murder.
It wasn't immediately known if Cole had an attorney.
