A Detroit man charged with killing his estranged wife has been ordered to trial after a judge heard testimony from a key witness in the case.
Alicia Fox's body was found last June but her two children remain missing.
A judge found probable cause Tuesday to send Erin Justice to trial for first-degree murder and other charges. Another man charged as an accessory in the case testified against Justice and said he got rid of evidence. Tim Jones says the children, ages 6 years old and 8 months old, were alive when he last saw them.
The case has been delayed for months while Justice's mental health was being evaluated. He was found competent to face charges.
