A photographer's creativity reunited a man serving overseas with his pregnant wife in Texas in a touching photo.
Wesley Bedwell, a Navy Corpsman, was deployed overseas in November, when his wife, Nicole, was pregnant, Fox 4 reported.
Nicole Bedwell, who is living in Texas about 7,000 miles away, decided to hire a photographer to capture photos that her husband can "hold dear, while overseas."
Photographer Tracy Fugitt, of Traci Lynn Photography, worked with Bedwell on her maternity shoot, initially capturing just solo shots of her cradling her bump.
Fugitt then thought of an idea -- to crop Wesley Bedwell into one of the photos, according to the news station.
Fugitt posted the side-by-side photo on her photography page on Facebook on April 5, which has garnered hundreds of reactions.
Bedwell reportedly returned home on Tuesday after Nicole developed hypertension. They welcomed their first daughter, Pyper, on Thursday, according to Fugitt's photography page on Facebook.
