The Latest on the kidnapping of three children whose mother was killed in Southern California (all times local):

10:30 a.m.

Authorities say a man and woman wanted in connection with a woman's killing and the kidnapping of her three small children should be considered armed and dangerous.

Los Angeles County sheriff's Capt. Steve Katz says 27-year-old Joshua Aaron Robertson and 22-year-old Brittany Humphrey fled Southern California with the children on Interstate 40.

He says they drove through Arizona and into New Mexico and are last known to have been in the Gallup area.

Lt. Joe Mendoza says Humphrey is the sister of the children's dead mother, Kimberly Harvill.

Harvill's body was found Aug. 14 with multiple gunshot wounds along a road in a remote area of Los Angeles County. She was identified four days later.

The children include two girls, 2-year-old Joslynn Watkins and 5-year-old Rylee Watkins, and a boy, 3-year-old Brayden Watkins. Their father died previously.
