Police in an Atlanta suburb were searching for any possible witnesses in the area of a grocery store shortly before two teens were found slain behind the business.

Roswell police said the teens — 17-year-old Natalie Henderson of Roswell and 17-year-old Carter Davis of Woodstock — suffered severe head trauma. Investigators have called the killings a double homicide after a delivery driver discovered the bodies behind the Publix store shortly before 6 a.m. Monday.

Police said in a statement that they're asking anyone who may have been in the area from about 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. Monday to contact them. Authorities are reviewing surveillance video from area businesses.

The store is about 25 miles north of downtown Atlanta.
