Authorities say at least one person has died after a car slammed into a taco stand in Los Angeles.

KCBS-TV reports that officials say the crash occurred in Boyle Heights on Sunday night. The age and gender of the victim was not released and it was not clear if the person who died was the driver or the pedestrian.

The Los Angeles Fire Department says ten people were involved, including the person who died.

They say three people were taken to the hospital, where two of them are in critical condition. Six people were treated on the scene and decline to go to a hospital.

Officials are still investigating the cause of the crash.
