Police say three young men are dead following a shooting at a suspected drug house in Detroit.

Assistant Police Chief Steve Dolunt says neighbors reported hearing shots and officers early Monday found one dead outside the home on the city's west side and two dead inside.

Dolunt tells reporters at the scene that the home was known as a location for narcotics activity and may have been raided by police earlier this year.

Police are investigating.

Names of those who died have not been released, but Dolunt says they appeared to be in their late teens or early 20s.
