The younger brother of an Ohio pastor who was shot in a church office near the end of Sunday services is scheduled to be arraigned on murder and other charges.

Daniel Schooler was arrested at St. Peter's Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton after the Feb. 28 shooting. He's set to appear Tuesday in Montgomery County court.

A message was left Monday for his public defender. Records indicate the 68-year-old man has a history of mental illness.

He's charged with one count of aggravated murder and two counts each of murder, felonious assault and having weapons under disability in the slaying of the Rev. William Schooler.

Police say the minister's wife witnessed the last shot being fired, and Daniel Schooler waited at the scene to be arrested.
