Authorities say a suspect in the case of a 4-year-old girl who reportedly has been abducted on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Montana is in custody, yet the child remains missing.

The Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office says John Lieba has been apprehended in Wolf Point.

No other information has been released.

Maci Lilley was reported missing at about 9:30 p.m. Friday in Wolf Point. The office says witnesses reported a man took the child from a park where she had been playing.

Allmer says the FBI is leading the investigation. Early Sunday, the Amber Alert for the girl had been cancelled, but the search for Maci continues.

The girl is described as about 3 feet tall and 60 pounds with short, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a pink coat, blue jeans, and pink and white shoes.
