The operator of a "clean and sober" housing facility in Everett has been arrested for investigation of gun and drug charges.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Seattle says Timothy Rehberg was arrested Tuesday by Drug Enforcement Administration and Seattle police investigators. He was set to appear in in U.S. District Court on Thursday.

Prosecutors say the 50-year-old runs I.C. Clean People Recovery Housing, and he came to the attention of law enforcement in December when a witness identified him as a methamphetamine and heroin dealer.

Investigators said they found about a pound of crystal methamphetamine, as well as heroin and other drugs when they searched a company office. They said they also found a revolver, which he's banned from possessing because of prior felony convictions.

It was not immediately clear if Rehberg had an attorney.
