A Seattle man who was wrongfully imprisoned for a decade and awarded nearly $500,000 from the state is back in custody.
The Seattle Times reports (http://bit.ly/1PfYrEk ) that 32-year-old Brandon Olebar has been accused of selling methamphetamine, driving a getaway car during a burglary and selling stolen guns.
Olebar was released in 2013 after spending 10 years in prison for a 2003 robbery during which a man was beaten unconscious. His conviction was based solely on witness testimony. He was the first person to receive wrongful-conviction compensation from the state.
Now he has three ongoing criminal complaints, two in King County Superior Court and another in U.S. District Court, accusing him of new crimes.

This story has been corrected to reflect that Olebar spent a decade in prison, not decades.
