A man arrested after a hostage standoff at a Wisconsin motorcycle shop is also accused of taking a gun and shooting into a female friend's bedroom wall and will face criminal charges in court.
The charges stem from what happened before authorities say 45-year-old Brian Flatoff went to Eagle Cycles in Neenah on Saturday.
According to a criminal complaint Wednesday, Flatoff had been up all night drinking and became angry after Eva M. Lawson-Kranski said she was going to call 911 for an ambulance. Lawson-Kranski says he fired a shot from her .45-caliber pistol into the wall over her head.
She says he eventually calmed down and went to Eagle Cycles to handle a dispute.
Flatoff is being held in Winnebago County Jail. Court records don't indicate a defense attorney.
