Americans Among Those Held Hostage in New Terror Attack

Gunmen in Mali take 170 hostages in yet another terror attack at a Western hotel. At least 3 are dead. Men shouting God is Great stormed the Radisson Blu Hotel in Mali’s capital of Bamako. A rescue operation now underway has already rescued dozens of hostages, but the death toll is likely to rise. We’ve got Paul Tilsley reporting live from South Africa.

Now that the apparent mastermind of the Paris terror attacks has been killed in a raid by police, the manhunt for another suspect is intensifying.. Salah Abdeslam is still on the run, and has become one of the world’s most-wanted man. There are reports he chickened out on the night of the attacks.. so ISIS may also be looking for him!

Meantime, we are learning more about mastermind Abdelhmaid Abaaoud. He was seen at a metro station in the suburb of Montreuil just after the terror attacks began.

He’s apparently behind at least 4 recent terror attacks successful and unsuccessful.

Another victim has died from injuries suffered Friday night. The death toll in Paris now at 130 not including terrorists.

Swedish police say they’ve arrested a man they say was about to carry out a terror attack in Sweden.

ISIS claiming responsibility for the shooting attack on an Italian priest in Bangladesh.

President Obama is in Kuala Lumpur and is urging young people to reject extremism.

Jonathan Pollard, the American man who spied for Israel and who’s been in prison for nearly 30 years, has been released. Israel said they welcome his release.  He’s expected to eventually join his wife Anne Henderson-Pollard who is living in Israel. She was convicted of helping him spy on the U.S. when he worked at the State Department.
