Two Tennessee nurses are in stable condition after police say a male patient stabbed them Monday morning, according to WATE. A suspect is in custody.
The patient became upset and attacked the nurses with a knife when they entered his room around 6:30 a.m., Physicians Regional Medical Center spokesman Jerry Askew told the Knoxville News Sentinel. Askew said he did not know why the patient was upset.
