A coroner in southern Ohio says a woman killed along with two of her children in weekend flooding was pregnant.
Brown County Coroner Dr. Judith Varnau (VAHR'-noh) identified the woman as 32-year-old Victoria Kennard (Kin-NAHRD'). Varnau says Kennard was pregnant, but she hadn't determined how far along the woman was.
Also killed when their mobile home in Ripley was swept away late Saturday were 7-year-old Gabriel Barrios and 5-year-old Rosa Barrios.
The woman's fiance and two other sons were rescued. One boy was found in a tree.
Brown County authorities say they are assessing damage to homes, roads and other infrastructure in the aftermath of flooding triggered by a torrential downpour. Three roads remained closed Monday.
The village of some 2,000 people is about an hour's drive southeast from Cincinnati.
