A pot shop raid caught on video has sparked an internal affairs investigation by a California police department, it was reported late Thursday.

MyFoxLA says the Santa Ana Police Department launched the probe after being provided video clips of officers engaging in question behavior during the raid. The department was given the edited video by the attorney for the Sky High Holistic medical marijuana dispensary in Santa Ana in Orange County.

The station quoted the attorney, Matthew Pappas, as saying the video shows officers eating pot-laced “edibles” seized during the raids and playing darts.

The Orange County Register reported that the video from the May 26 raid purports to show officers dismantling surveillance cameras and making derogatory remarks about an amputee.

Santa Ana police Cmdr. Chris Revere, who is charge of the internal affairs investigation, called the video clips “concerning.”

“We expect our officer to act a certain way,” Revere told the paper. “If they don’t we hold them accountable. But at the same time we have to be fair.”
