A small earthquake has rattled the greater Los Angeles area, shaking buildings and awaking residents.
The U.S. Geological Survey says an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.9 hit at 4:07 a.m. Sunday. Its epicenter was about 2 miles from Inglewood and Culver City.
