The sister of a New Hampshire man awaiting his return after a 10-year disappearance in a custody case says he's missed births, weddings and other milestones, but that it's time to move forward and be supportive.

Scott Kelley was arrested earlier this month in Atlanta after a flight from Costa Rica. With him was his 19-year-old stepdaughter, who is at the heart of the custody dispute.

The 50-year-old Kelley plans to testify on behalf of his wife, Genevieve Kelley, who turned herself in last year. Both face custodial interference and witness tampering charges.

Genevieve Kelley says they fled with her daughter in 2004 because her ex-husband abused the child. He was investigated, but never charged.

Scott Kelley's sister, Beth, says the family is focused on just being a family.
