A Gothic hip hop artist who says she's crossed paths with A-list rappers could return to the witness stand during her trial in the death of a London dancer who received illegal buttocks injections.

Padge-Victoria Windslowe's trial has been delayed by a winter storm and her two-day hospital stay for chest pain. Authorities say Windslowe was released late Wednesday and is back in custody at a Philadelphia prison where she's been held since her arrest in 2012.

Her trial could resume on Friday.

Windslowe faces 20 to 40 years in prison if convicted of third-degree murder in the 2011 death of Claudia Aderotimi. She also is charged with aggravated assault and practicing medicine without a license.

She claims to have performed thousands of buttocks enhancements.
