Authorities in Washington state say they're still collecting video of the fatal police shooting of an unarmed Mexican man, and they're asking for patience as protests of the killing continue in the agricultural community.

Thirty-five-year-old Antonio Zambrano-Montes was killed in Pasco Feb. 10.

At a news conference Thursday, the spokesman for the regional special investigations unit probing the shooting said video from patrol cars and witnesses is being examined.

Kennewick police Sgt. Ken Lattin couldn't say exactly how many videos authorities are looking at. He says about 40 people have been interviewed, but only a few actually saw the shooting.

Zambrano-Montes was reportedly throwing rocks at cars and police. Police say the rocks hit two officers and Zambrano-Montes refused to put down other stones.
