Storm disappointed many folks in New York and Philadelphia but it wasn't and isn't a bust for Long Island, Boston.. and other parts of the Northeast where two feet of snow have made a mess, and it's still snowing. Maine's governor declaring a state of emergency. Massachusetts also declaring a state of emergency. More than 7000 flights cancelled. The good news is the travel bans in NYC and surrounding areas are now lifted.

Terrorists attacked a popular luxury hotel.. The Corinthia in Tripoli Libya. 3 security guards and at least 5 foreigners were killed when masked men stormed the hotel after security at the gates tried and failed to stop their advance. The men opened fire in the hotel's lobby. As guests and employees escaped through the parking lot, a car bomb exploded. We'll have a live report.

There are new hearings into the 2012 Benghazi terror attack on U.S. facilities in Libya today. There is a huge fight between Democrats and Republicans on the House committee overseeing the investigation. Catherine Herridge reporting.

A victory against ISIS terrorists in Iraq. The town of Kobani has been freed from ISIS control after 112 days of fighting. Kurdish forces taking the town with the help of U.S.-led airstrikes. Meanwhile, ISIS is calling for new lone wolf attacks on Westerners.

France is demanding help from the EU to crackdown on terror financing.. proposing new measures to make financial transactions more transparent. The French also want Internet providers to do more to combat online terror activities.

Several rockets fired into Israel's Golan Heights. Israel responding with artillery fire. Israel took the Golan Heights from Syria in a 1967 Mideast war.

President Obama is in Saudi Arabia where he'll meet with the new King following the death of King Abdullah last week.

Markets are headed down after a big miss on durable goods orders today.. in yet another sign the economy may be having some troubles.. We also get several important earnings reports today. Before the bell, 3M, American Airlines, Caterpillar and Pfizer report their quarterly results. After the bell? Apple!
