Five more potential jurors have been released as the fourth day of jury selection gets underway in the Colorado theater shooting case.

Judge Carlos A. Samour Jr. on Friday dismissed two people for medical reasons, one to care for a dying family member and one who speaks Russian but little English. The fifth person lives outside Arapahoe County, where the attack occurred.

An unprecedented 9,000 possible jurors were initially summoned in the case. At least 125 have been dismissed.

The jury will hear the case against James Holmes, who's charged with killing 12 people and injuring 70 others in the July 2012 assault at a Denver-area theater.

He pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
