Two Utah men say they're appearing on a controversial TV show called "My Husband's Not Gay" because they're happy in their marriages to women even though they're attracted to men.
Preston "Pret" Dahlgren and Jeff Bennion, both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, tell the Associated Press they have long been attracted to men but also wanted to marry women and have children.
The advocacy group GLAAD says it irresponsible and dangerous to suggest people should change who they love, saying that the show is a sad reminder of so-called gay conversion therapy that can be emotionally scarring.
Dahlgren and Bennion say their marriages were individual choices influenced by their Mormon faith.
The show is set to air Sunday on TLC.
