Big drama today on Capitol Hill.

First, new reporting that the President will act unilaterally on immigration reform. Fox News reporting that President Obama will unveil a 10-point immigration overhaul via executive order. It would include suspending deportations for millions of illegal immigrants. Fox sources say it could come as early as next Friday. Lucas Tomlinson writes, "The plan calls for expanding deferred action for illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children -- but also for the parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. The latter could allow upwards of 4.5 million illegal immigrant adults with U.S.-born children to stay, according to estimates."

Republicans are likely to be vigorously opposed to say the least, and the executive orders are sure to face Congressional scrutiny. Mike Emanuel reporting.

Another huge battle brewing over the Keystone Pipeline. The House could vote today to approve the measure. It's also expected to get a vote in the Senate as Senator Mary Landrieu is facing a tough re-election and the measure could boost her chances. Ironically, her Republican challenger is a sponsor of the House bill and could end up the co-author or even the author of the final bill! The White House says it takes a "dim view" of legislative action on Keystone.
