MOORE, Okla. – Police in Oklahoma say one person was shot in an incident that included a police chase that ended outside a food distribution center in Moore.
Police said Thursday afternoon that there is no active shooter.
Police told reporters that the incident began as a reported shooting or stabbing and that officers pursued a vehicle to Vaughn Foods. Police said one person was shot by an officer. That person was taken from the scene to a local hospital.
Police did not immediately return phone calls seeking comment.
Television video at the scene showed several people milling about the distribution center.
