Police say they've found the body of a missing Florida State University graduate and legislative intern who disappeared after watching the Super Bowl with friends at a bar.

A Tallahassee Police Department spokesman said Tuesday that police had identified a body found downtown as 23-year-old Ryan Uhre. He disappeared on Feb. 2. He was last seen walking home, wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt with surfing Santas.

Uhre graduated from FSU in December and had just started an internship in the office of Rep. Richard Stark, D-Weston.

Police spokesman David Northway says the cause of death has not been determined including whether it appeared to be a homicide or accidental.

Stark says he is "deeply sorry and saddened" by the news but said he had not yet talked to Uhre's parents or police about what happened.
