Second woman comes forward with abuse allegations after seeing YouTube video accusing educator

A second woman has come forward claiming a California educator sexually abused her. She says she decided to speak out after seeing a YouTube video posted by another woman who made similar accusations.

Police are investigating the allegations. Both women say former middle school teacher and administrator Andrea Cardosa abused them while they were students in Riverside County.

Cardosa resigned her job as an assistant principal at Alhambra High School after the first woman sent the video to school officials last week. The video shows the woman calling someone who identifies herself as Cardosa.

The Associated Press has not been able to reach Cardosa.

Luis Carrillo, the second woman's lawyer, said Thursday he filed claims against the two school districts where Cardosa worked.
