A private plane crash-landed near Salt Lake City International Airport Wednesday, an airport spokeswoman said.

Citing the airport's Twitter account, Fox 13 reports that the plane is a Cessna Centurion and went down about three miles northeast of the airport.

There were no injuries to the pilot or the plane's other occupant, the airport said. Initial reports indicated that the plane went down because it ran out of fuel.
