A man identified as a person of interest in the investigation of a Detroit barbershop shooting that killed three people has been charged with interfering with federal authorities.
Prosecutors filed a criminal complaint Friday against Larry Walker II. He's accused of assault against a federal officer by using a minivan to attempt to ram a vehicle early Thursday in Rochester Hills.
The FBI says Walker yelled, "No one chases my mamma," referring to a female. Walker was wearing body armor.
Walker will remain in custody until another court hearing Tuesday. A defense lawyer will be assigned.
Walker is not charged in the shooting that killed three people and wounded six others Wednesday in a gambling room of a Detroit barbershop. But Sgt. Mike Woody says Walker's a person of interest.
