Two men suffered minor injuries after being bitten by a shark in waist-deep water in Florida, rescue officials say.
Capt. Tammy Marris of the Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue said both men -- ages 25 and 43 -- described the shark as being around 3 feet long, WOFL reports.
The shark nipped the victims at the ankles about a minute apart in waters off New Smyrna on Saturday.
Both men checked themselves into local hospitals. Their names were not released.
