Amber Alert issued for two Nevada children 'in danger of serious harm' from parents

Authorities in California have issued an Amber Alert for two Nevada children who are believed to be "in danger of serious harm from their parents."

The alert said that the two children, 9-year-old Lillyanna Ramires and 3-year-old Martin Angel Rosales were taken from Elko, Nevada, on Wednesday  by their non-custodial parents and may be headed to, or in the Sacramento area.

They are believed to be with Amber Schenck, 30, and Martin Cisneras Rosales, 34, who is also known as Martin Cisneros, according to the alert issued Friday.

"Martin Rosales is said to have violent tendencies when dealing with police. A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son as well as a court order stating the children are in danger of serious harm from their parents," the alert said.

Authorities believe Schenck and Rosales are driving a dark blue late 80's or early 90's model Ford Mustang with possible Nebraska license plates or a temporary plate.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Nevada Highway Patrol at 775-753-1111.
