Authorities say a tree has fallen and hurt 15 people at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego but none of the injuries are life-threatening.
A Marine Corps statement says families of graduating Marines had gathered to watch them pass by during a motivational run when the eucalyptus tree fell at about 9 a.m. Thursday.
Most injuries were minor but two people with moderate injuries were taken to local hospitals.
There's no immediate word on what caused the tree to fall.
