George Zimmerman’s lawyer, Mark O’Mara, held a brief exchange with reporters after Friday’s dramatic day of testimony by the mothers of both Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin. He sidestepped providing any hard news but did offer a glimpse into the neighborhood watch volunteer’s state of mind: “he’s very stressed.”
Asked how long the defense would take to present its case, he hedged and said “this is a non-answer but a few days. Wednesday, Thursday, it could go more. There are some rulings court will have to make, admissibility of certain evidence but I’m enjoying myself so we will go as long as we need to.”
Will Zimmerman take the stand?
“We haven’t made that decision yet.”
