Wednesday July 3, 2013 Happening Now: Egypt Revolution Part II, Obamacare Delay

Surprising news out of the White House late yesterday when they announced they're delaying a key provision of Obamacare by a year. A requirement that businesses provide health insurance to their employees or face steep fines will be put off until Jan 2015. The move has given ammunition to critics who say there are problems with the health care overhaul.

Big drama over NSA leaker Edward Snowden. As country after country has denied him asylum, the plane carrying Bolivian President Evo Morales was re-routed and forced to land in Austria last night amid reports Snowden might be on board. The Bolivians are outraged, and say the plane was blocked from flying over European airspace.

A fourth day of massive protests in Egypt today as President Mohammed Morsi rejects an ultimatum from the Egyptian military. Morsi says any effort to remove him by force would plunge Egypt into chaos. 23 people died overnight . The Egyptian military has given Morsi until 11am ET today to work out a deal with protesters or they will intervene. Conor Powell is reporting live in Cairo.

It's day 8 of the Zimmerman trial. Two days of testimony with the lead investigator wrapped up yesterday. So far, most analysts suggest a conviction of George Zimmerman is unlikely. We'll have live coverage. Phil Keating reporting.
