The body of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was claimed from a funeral home. That means we get could the official cause of death at any time. Fox and the New York Times reporting today that investigators believe the bombs were built in Tsarnaev's home. The New York Times reporting that the suspects had originally planned to blow themselves up on the Fourth of July, but changed their minds when the bombs came together more quickly than expected. President Obama is in Mexico and will be speaking to an audience of Mexican students this morning. During our hours, President Obama meets with Mexican entrepreneurs at the Anthropology Museum. This afternoon he'll head to San Jose, Costa Rica for meetings.

We get April unemployment numbers today. Analysts are expecting 100,000 new jobs, and an unchanged unemployment rate of 7.6%.

As snow continues to fall in parts of the Midwest, fires are raging in Southern California. There's also flooding in the upper Plains. High winds are expected to hamper firefighting efforts on two fires in California. Homes have been evacuated in Ventura County. Some 2000 homes are threatened. We'll look for live pictures today.

The U.S. Forest Service is demanding money from the states after seeing cuts of 5% from the sequester.

California Governor Jerry Brown has come up with a plan to ease prison over-crowding. It comes in response to a court order, but the Governor and the state are trying to avoid implementing their plan. They want to stop the release of prisoners via the legal system.

Rhode Island became the 10th state to legalize gay marriage. Governor Lincoln Chafee signed the bill last night right after the state House gave it final approval.

The death toll in that Bangladesh building collapse has passed 500.

Syria's opposition group says the Syrian dictatorship has committed a large scale massacre in a Sunni village.
