New details in the terror attack on Boston. U.S. Marshalls tell FoxNews.com that the surviving suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev is being moved to a federal prison facility. Yesterday, Mayor Mike Bloomberg of NYC said Dzhokar and his brother Tamerlan had decided to attack New York City's Times Square next. That was their plan until the carjacked car they were driving ran out of gas, and the driver escaped at a stop for gas. Sources also told Fox News Tamerlan Tsarnaev's names was also on a CIA watchlist. There's also a hearing that we may be able to mine for sound this morning.
