Pedro Quezada won the 4th biggest jackpot in Powerball history -- $338 million dollars to be exact.

Claiming the lump sum payment last week, Quezada took home about $152 million after taxes.

But all that cash won't get to stay in his pocket for long. The Dominican immigrant and father of five is due in New Jersey State Superior Court today to take care of a bill adding up to $29-thousand in back child support.

On top of paying off his personal bills The New York Daily News reports that Quezada has also promised to pay the rent of all the neighbors of his convenience store in Passaic, NJ - for the next month or two!

As he counts his millions and makes his way through the "I owe you's" he has also had time to put the store, Quezada's Apple Deli Grocery, up for sale.
