Weston High School, which is located in South Connecticut, is under lockdown after a threatening note was found discovered in the hallway, The Weston Forum reported.

Police told the paper that the note included a ‘specific threat to students and staff’ but would not elaborate further. When reached by FoxNews.com, Weston police only confirmed that the school was on lockdown.

State police performed a bomb sweep at the school and students were evacuated, the report said. No cars were allowed into the school’s parking lot. No other schools in the area were evacuated, the report said.
