Fire officials say a man and two children have died after a house fire in Glenarden.
Prince George's County fire officials say the man and three girls -- ages 10, 8 and 5 -- weren't breathing and had no pulse when they were pulled from the burning home early Thursday morning.
Paramedics were able to restore a pulse for one of the girls, but the man and the two other girls were pronounced dead after arriving at a hospital.
A woman and an 8-year-old child were able to escape the home before firefighters arrived and were less seriously injured.
The fire broke out around 4 a.m. at the single-family home on Leslie Avenue. The blaze was brought under control in about a half-hour. The cause is under investigation.
