In a new report, it suggests there is a growing body of evidence that China's military is directly behind a growing number of cyber attacks on the United States. Many of the computer attacks come from a building on the outskirts of Shanghai according to the Times. The Chinese are attacking our military, prominent companies, organizations and even individuals. China has dismissed the charges as "groundless."
