Hundreds of people have been injured by what's believed to be a meteorite crashing to earth in Russia today. Windows were blown out and broken glass is everywhere in Central Russia.

This as a 150-foot asteroid is due to have a near-Earth encounter today. NASA says there's no relation between the two events, and the asteroid will miss the Earth by more than 17,000 miles.

Olympic double amputee Oscar Pistorius appeared in a South Africa courtroom today sobbing and covering his face. He's accused of murdering his 29-year-old model girlfriend. Prosecutors say they will pursue a premeditated murder case.

Passengers on that disabled cruise ship finally made it to port early this morning. The Carnival Triumph limped into Mobile, Alabama after an engine fire last weekend cut off most of the power on the ship. Passengers are describing horrific conditions onboard. We'll talk to a few of them. Jonathan Serrie reporting.
