According to Fox40.com, two of Keith's victims reported having their hands and feet bound with zip ties and eyes covered with tape.  The suspect also reportedly wore a nylon stocking over his face in both incidents

Police found two syringes loaded with an unknown substance, gloves, nylons and adhesive tape cut into strips in the covered back-seat area, as well as handcuffs, metal leg restraints and vials of prescription drugs in the passenger seat.
