Authorities in Philadelphia have arrested a man they say attacked a woman at a local subway station and threw her onto the tracks.
The woman, who was not named by authorities, survived the attack and is said to be doing fine.
Surveillance footage obtained by MyFoxPhilly.com shows the suspect approach the woman, who is sitting on a bench at the station, and become angry with her. He then punches her multiple times, grabs her by the ankles, and flings her onto the track.
Authorities say the suspect then took the woman's cell phone and fled the scene. Officials were able to identify him due to a distinctive jacket he was wearing and arrested him Thursday.
