Philadelphia police probe fatal hit-and-run on Christmas

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia police are looking for a driver who fled after fatally striking a pedestrian on Christmas night.

Police say the driver was turning into a parking lot when she struck a woman on the sidewalk.

They say the crash occurred at about 8:30 p.m. in the city's Kensington section.

Police are looking for a woman in her 30s or 40s driving a black car.
