Whether it was for a first kiss or listening to Led Zeppelin, the White House roof was a popular place for presidents' children.

The children of three U.S. presidents talked about living in the White House during a conference Thursday in Texas.

Steve Ford garnered laughs when he recalled dragging a stereo onto the roof with a friend his first night there in 1974. Ford thinks they listened to 'Stairway to Heaven,' explaining "it was like 'Dumb and Dumber.'"

Jenna Bush Hager told Ford, "you can still get up on that roof." She says she her husband had their first kiss there.

Barbara Pierce Bush and Lynda Johnson Robb also spoke during the conference that's part of a series about first ladies. It's the first time presidents' children have participated.
