A family of a 10-year-old Ohio girl who has cerebral palsy turned over video to prosecutors that they say shows a neighbor and his son making fun of their daughter by mimicking her walk, Fox8.com reported.

Hope Holcomb's family is seeking charges to be filed against their feuding neighbor, William Bailey. Hope told the station that she is afraid to leave her home because she is bullied by Bailey and his 9-year-old son.

The video was shot last week by Hope's grandmother at a bus stop, and shows what appears to be both Bailey and his son each walking with a pronounced limp.

Bailey, for his part, declined to talk on camera, but told The New York Daily News that he was injured on the job and was suffering from bruised ribs and twisted back when the video was shot.

"I would never do that," he told the paper. "I wasn’t out to make this kid look bad."

His wife told Fox8.com that this is all part of an ongoing dispute and that Hope's family has called her son names.

Both families, who live next door to each other, have filed complaints with the prosecutor’s office, the report said.

Many in the community, which is south of Canton, are rallying behind Hope and her family.

"We are getting somewhere with it, so that is good because now other families have a voice," Mike Knight, Hope's father, said.

The prosecutor says she will review all the reports and meet with the families next week to determine what, if any, charges should be filed.
